Our adult leagues bring high-energy action with a division for everyone—from serious competitors to those playing for fun—offering nonstop excitement and a great way to stay active at Salt Lake Indoor Soccer.

- 5v5 Format (1 Goalkeeper + 4 Field Players)
- Two 22-minute halves per game
- Enclosed field (cleats allowed)

- Men’s A Division: Tuesday, April 29
- Men’s B Division: Monday, April 28
- Men’s C Division: Wednesday, April 30
- Women’s Open: Thursday, May 1
- Coed A: Thursday, May 1
- Coed B: Wednesday, April 30 & Friday, May 2
- Coed C: Friday, May 2
- Men’s Over 40: Friday, May 2
- Men’s Over 45: Friday, May 2
- Men’s Over 50: Saturday, May 3
- Men’s Over 30: Saturday, May 3
- Coed Over 30: Saturday, May 3
Game Times:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Minimum Players: 7
Maximum Players: 10
Divisions Available:
A Division: High-level, competitive play for skilled players
B Division: Intermediate competition for experienced players
C Division: Recreational level for beginners & social players
$550 per team + $20 per game referee fee
$100 deposit required to secure your team’s spot
